For shoots other than weddings, 50% of the overall fee is due up front at the time of booking as a non-refundable retainer. The other 50% is due by the time of the photoshoot. Payments are made digitally by card, bank transfer, Google Pay, or Apple Pay directly while filling out the required contract and invoice. For weddings, the non-refundable retainer can be either 1/3 or 1/2 of the total fee, depending on client preference. The rest of the invoice is due one week before the wedding day to take something off of your plate during your big day.

My primary areas of service include the Palouse region of Northern Idaho, and the Treasure Valley in Southern Idaho. However, I LOVE to travel and often provide services across the PNW. I would love to travel to anywhere you are!

Things happen! I'm almost always happy to reschedule a shoot within reason. Weather, sudden conflicts, and emergencies are unpredictable and you shouldn't be penalized for things outside your control.

Provided with all sessions in your gallery delivery are two download types; High Resolution downloads are full resolution, high quality downloads that aren't compressed or reduced in any way. These downloads are optimized for printing. Social media automatically compresses images to a lower quality than these images are originally, and the result is almost always poor looking images. Web Resolution downloads are optimized for all your digital and social media uses. Considering that social media compresses full quality images, these images are reduced with a lower number of pixels, but retain the same visual quality. In doing so, social media will not compress this images and they'll look full quality online.

My standard turnaround time for sessions other than weddings is delivery within 6 weeks of the shoot date. Typically, delivery happens much sooner than this, but during busy seasons you can expect images closer to the 6 week mark. Standard turnaround time for weddings is 8 weeks of the wedding day, with teasers guaranteed within 48 hours. Like with standard sessions, delivery often happens more quickly than 8 weeks.

I'm always booking at least 12 months in advance and that's the best time to book your session! Dates begin to fill up several months in advance, so being early will always give you a better shot of getting the perfect date for your session.
