After spending the past fifteen years immersed in music, an unexpected turn of events introduced me to a newfound passion for photography. Originally from the Treasure Valley, I moved to North Idaho for college, where I met my wonderful wife. Together, we've created a wonderful life in Moscow, and a household filled with our furry friends.
I'm with you, photography is intimidating!
I've always been a self-conscious individual and have never quite felt like myself in front of the camera. However, I find that as I begin to capture more of life's moments, both big and small, and as I work with more incredible individuals, I am able support them in quieting those voices which put us down and lead us away from expressing our most authentic selves.
It's all about YOU!
My photography style is based on the idea of empowerment and comfort in oneself. I see a problem with this industry and the way other photographers work, turning you into a human mannequin and creating scenes that, while beautiful, feel almost sterile and lack one key element—the power of YOU.
What I provide in my sessions is an avenue to express your true self and what you're genuinely feeling. Every session and edit is crafted around you.
